이 안내는 Chrome 확장 프로그램 TubeClaws for YouTube에 적용됩니다. 확장 프로그램은 사용자가 연 YouTube(www.youtube.com)와 YouTube Studio(studio.youtube.com) 화면에 분석 표시를 넣습니다.

공개 통계·점수 요청에는 쿠키·로그인 정보·Google 계정 정보를 싣지 않습니다. 서버는 검색어·제목·설명·태그를 저장하지 않으며, 같은 질문을 빨리 답하려고 공개 통계는 영상·채널 ID별로 10분, 키워드 점수는 키워드별로 6시간 메모리에만 둡니다. 과도한 요청을 막으려고 IP 주소별 요청 수를 1분 동안 메모리에서만 셉니다.
TubeClaws 계정 연결(선택)
사용자가 TubeClaws 사이트의 연결 화면(chrome-extension-connect.html)에서 직접 "연결"을 누르면, 사이트가 이 확장만 쓸 수 있는 전용 토큰을 만들어 확장에 건넵니다. 사이트 로그인 정보는 확장에 건네지 않습니다. 서버는 토큰 원문이 아니라 해시만 저장하고, 토큰은 90일 뒤 만료되며 연결 화면이나 확장 메뉴에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다. 연결하면 확장이 내 이름, 크레딧 잔액, TubeClaws에서 소유를 인증한 내 채널의 TubeClaws 통계·업적을 불러옵니다.
이 브라우저에만 저장하는 정보
확장 저장소(chrome.storage.local)에 계정 연결 토큰과 표시 이름, 피드 필터·정렬 설정과 직접 만든 프리셋, 썸네일 컬렉션(영상 ID·제목·채널 이름), 답글 템플릿, 빠른 채널 통계에 보일 지표, 실제 수익과 조회수로 역산한 채널별 수익 보정 단가(원본 입력값은 저장하지 않음), 패널 열림·탭·창 위치 같은 화면 설정을 둡니다. 이 값은 TubeClaws 서버로 보내지 않으며 확장을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 썸네일 미리보기에서 고른 이미지와 화면 저장(PNG), 스크립트 복사는 사용자 기기 안에서만 처리하고 어디에도 올리지 않습니다.
YouTube에 보내는 요청
Studio 태그 칩에서 검색 순위를 볼 때, 확장 서비스 워커가 그 태그로 공개 YouTube 검색 결과 페이지를 쿠키 없이 한 번 받아 이 영상이 몇 번째인지 셉니다. 확장은 YouTube에 댓글·제목·태그를 직접 올리지 않습니다. AI 답글은 YouTube 입력칸에 넣어 줄 뿐이며 올리기는 사용자가 YouTube 단추로 합니다.
상단 바 계기판: YouTube에 로그인해 있으면, 확장이 그 로그인 세션으로 같은 사이트(www.youtube.com)의 YouTube Studio 분석 기능에 내 채널의 최근 60분·48시간 조회수(쇼츠 포함)와 수익 창출 조건 진행(구독자·공개 시청 시간·쇼츠 공개 조회)을 5분·15분마다 묻습니다. 요청에는 YouTube 웹이 하는 방식대로 YouTube 로그인 쿠키(SAPISID)로 만든 인증 값을 붙입니다. 받은 값은 이 브라우저 화면에만 그리며, 저장하거나 TubeClaws 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
접근하지 않는 정보
방문 기록과 Google 계정 정보(이름·이메일·연락처 등)에 접근하지 않습니다. 쿠키와 YouTube Studio 분석은 위 상단 바 계기판에서만, YouTube 자신에게 묻는 데만 쓰고 이 브라우저 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 정보를 판매하지 않고, 위 목적 밖으로 쓰지 않습니다.
권한
storage(위 설정 저장), https://www.youtube.com/*(YouTube 화면 표시와 태그 검색 순위 확인), YouTube Studio와 TubeClaws 연결 화면에서 도는 콘텐츠 스크립트. 채널 ID를 읽는 작은 스크립트 하나가 YouTube 페이지 안에서 실행되어 그 값을 페이지 속성으로만 넘깁니다.
TubeClaws 사이트 열기
사용자가 TubeClaws 링크를 누르면 영상·채널 ID와 어느 화면에서 눌렀는지 알리는 utm_source·utm_medium 값이 붙은 주소로 사이트가 새 탭에서 열립니다. 이때부터는 TubeClaws 웹사이트 개인정보 보호정책이 적용됩니다.

TubeClaws for YouTube Privacy Notice

The extension adds analysis to YouTube (www.youtube.com) and YouTube Studio (studio.youtube.com) pages the user opens.
Sent to the TubeClaws server: public video IDs visible on the page and the public channel ID on channel pages (to show public statistics TubeClaws already collected: view history, channel-relative performance, subscriber counts, tags); the search term on YouTube search pages (keyword score and related keywords); the title, description and tags being edited in YouTube Studio, whether a custom thumbnail is set, and titles in the Studio video list (title, optimization and tag scores). Only when the user presses an AI button: the comment text or loaded comments, the video title and the user's question (AI reply drafts, comment insights, title ideas and remixes, description drafts, video Q&A; TubeClaws credits are confirmed before use). Only when the user presses "Save to TubeClaws": that video's public ID, title, channel ID and channel name. These requests carry no cookies, sign-in data or Google account information. The server does not store search terms, titles, descriptions or tags; it keeps public statistics in memory for 10 minutes per ID and keyword scores for 6 hours per keyword, and counts requests per IP address in memory for one minute to prevent abuse.
Optional account link: when the user presses "Connect" on the TubeClaws connect page, the site issues a token that only this extension can use; the site sign-in token is never handed to the extension. The server stores only a hash, the token expires after 90 days, and the user can disconnect at any time. When linked, the extension loads the user's name, credit balance and TubeClaws statistics and milestones of channels the user verified on TubeClaws.
Stored only in this browser: the link token and display name, feed filter settings and presets, thumbnail collections (video ID, title, channel name), reply templates, which quick channel stats to show, and panel/tab/window preferences, in chrome.storage.local. Images chosen in the thumbnail preview, frame screenshots and transcript copies are processed on the device and never uploaded.
Requests to YouTube: to show a tag's search rank in Studio, the service worker fetches the public YouTube search results page for that tag once, without cookies. The extension never posts comments, titles or tags to YouTube; AI replies are only placed in the YouTube reply box for the user to post. Toolbar dashboard: when the user is signed in to YouTube, the extension uses that session to ask YouTube Studio analytics on the same site (www.youtube.com) for the user's own channel views in the last 60 minutes and 48 hours (including Shorts) and monetization eligibility progress, every 5 and 15 minutes. As YouTube's own web client does, the request carries an authorization value derived from the YouTube sign-in cookie (SAPISID). The values are only drawn in this browser; they are not stored or sent to the TubeClaws server.
Not accessed: browsing history and Google account information (name, email, contacts). Cookies and YouTube Studio analytics are used only by the toolbar dashboard above, only to ask YouTube itself, and never leave this browser. Data is not sold or used for unrelated purposes. Permissions: storage, https://www.youtube.com/*, and content scripts on YouTube Studio and the TubeClaws connect page. If you open a TubeClaws link, the TubeClaws website opens with the video or channel ID and utm_source/utm_medium in the URL, and the TubeClaws website privacy policy then applies.
